I am a few weeks into my first cycle of Fina/Winny for cutting. I'm also rotating ECA/Clen 2 weeks at a time. Everything is moving along pretty smoothly so far, but my diet has got me confused. On one hand, I want to eat, eat, eat because I feel like I'm cheating myself when I starve my muscles on a cycle; however, on the other hand, I feel that if I eat, especially before bed, I am going to nullify the purpose of this cutting cycle.

To clarify, I have cut out sugars completely.... and as far as carbs, I'm sticking to whole grains like wheat, oats, and the like. I just can't decide on what to do... and there isn't a doubt in my mind that I'd LOVE to be eating right now... so, If I can keep the sweets out and protein high, would eating frequently and possibly even fast food be ok on a cutting cycle such as Fina/Winny?

I'm so confused, and pissed ( a little Fina rage, I presume. I have no where near the patience that I did a few weeks ago :)

Funny thing about diet is that different things work for different people. You gotta find what works best for you. Im assuming you are trying to lower bodyfat while maintaining muscle and size. I would try and eat between 300 and 400 grams of protein depending on your size. I would keep carbs between 200 and 250. No carbs late night and no sugar or white bread

Pm me if you have any other questions

I really don't understand your question but I'll do my best. First off, I would recomend that you eat every 3 hours. This keeps your meatabolism going at all times which you know helps burn fat. So, yes you should eat frequently. As far as fast foods, I would stay away from them at all cost. They are very high in fat and carbs which is something you want to avoid in a cutting cycle. Tuna, grilled or baked skinless chicken, vegetables, grilled fish; these are things that you can eat. You may even can eat a very low fat steak like a filet mignon. Luckily for me I have a very high metabolism which makes keeping BF easy. It's hard for me to keep weight on though which is the downside. I'm sure there are people on the board that can add further but I hope this helps for now. Good Luck, BamBam

Thanks Rusty and Bam! Bam, I think you understood the question just fine. I guess to clarify further:

I don't want to underfeed muscle, because I should be able to pack on a few pounds of hard muscle with Fina/Winny. At the same time, I don't want to over feed and gain body fat.

Make more sense?

eat, eat, eat! eat like a madman, just do what you have been doing. high protein, mod carbs, and don't starve yourself of fat! if you don't eat fat your body can't digest your food properly and you will be defeating your goals. i cheat with peanut butter, and lean ground beef(not extra lean) or lean steaks (new york, tenderloin, top sirloin, etc.) but most say eat more fish. if you need fast food go to subway and eat a whole grain bread.
