Modest Mouse

I agree.

Nathan: If you still like that Wilco album, check out Son Volt and Uncle Tupelo.

I imagine though that the singer must me some 120 lb metrosexual pretty boy, that would explain why so many chicks on hotornot.com have modest mouse in their keywords.

Lol, you couldn't be further from the truth.

Anyway, their new album is decent. "Moon and Antarctica" was a masterwork.

Trust my musical opinions, because they're better than yours.

Their new album entitled Good News for People Who Love Bad News is quite good, if you ask me and I think that you probably should. Ask me that is. Nevermind. So who likes stuff and doing stuff and playing with stuff and stuff? Yeah.

Yes, I would like to stuff aforementioned mouse in your ass. Yeah. Was that the question?

Yeah MM is great. All these pseudo-underground diehards like to claim the new album is now "lame" because it is on the radio and they aren't the only ones in their neighborhood who like them anymore, but the fact is it's a great album. I would probably agree Lonesome Crowded West or Moon & Antartica are probably better, but I'd also say the new album probably has two of my favorite MM songs to date (Bukowski and The view). But yeah I'm still in shock that they are suddenly having mainstream success. If you would have asked me a few years ago to name some bands I thought would be at the bottom of the list for any possibility of being played on North American radio/mtv on a regular rotation, Modest Mouse would have probably been at the bottom.

Great one of a kind band. Need more like em. But then they wouldn't be one of a kind henceforth making their afore mentioned greatness irrelevant. So shut up, ok?

I have to think anyone who truly s them either has bad taste in music or is just being stubborn. You don't have to love them, but do realize it's some good stuff.
