No problem for 99.99% of all guys. Some examples, a well known guru on most AS boards whome I will simply call A-the kit man, had testo levels near 4000 ("normals" are about 500-1000). They kicked him out of a fertility clinic since they felt there was no hope. Within something like 4 weeks of Arimidex his wife was pregnant.
In my case it looks like my wife is currently pregnant, this was unexpected but is not really unwelcome - but just a surprise as I am running a gram of testo a week. I know it is real because I recently had my test/estrogen/progest/DHEA/DHT/androstenedione levels checked by Endoscreen (at Anabolic Fitness) - and my testo was off the charts. But I too (like "A") am concurrently taking Arimidex. I just had a "motility" test done at the lab late last week. Its kind of gross but they take some of your semen, keep it in a refrigerator for something like 24 hours - by then your swimmers should just be dogpaddling. But mine were still doing the butterfly. Someone at AF (it might have been macrophage) said Arimidex really increases the motility of sperm and I guess he wasn't kidding.
My nuts had shrunk and I just figured there is no way I could get anyone pregnant while on a gram of test a week. So be careful if you are using Arimi and think your nuts are shut down. Lab tests don't lie.
