Did you get it prescribed to you?? I am gonna try and see my doc and see if he will for me. Not sure how to go about it to make sure my insurance covers it. I know its approved for a shift sleep disorder (Like for working 3rd shift 1 week, then 2nd shift the next) This is kinda what I need it for with the fire dept.

nah..got it from a source on 1 of the boards...powder form so i just cap it myself. im a paramedic student...so im sure ill need it eventually when i have to do 24 hour shifts...the 2 day off thing is kinda nice though...for the fire dept its pretty similiar i think..

I have taken it everyday for about a year now, and it works very well. It's prescribed to deal with the fatigue I get from another prescription and Im probabily more alert than before I took anything. If I dont take it, I know about it and am back crashed out on the sofa. I've found it works best with a 2 tea bag tea @ breakfast (before you eat). Add some EFA's after the breakfast and you I think you'll be shocked at how good you will feel.
