anyone use it, or know much about it? figured this would be one that would end up in liquid form sometime soon since alot of competing athletes are supposedly using it (in the book about Bonds,game of shadows....BALCO put everyone on it)

I think it acts as a stim that gives you a performance advantage....but not sure. I still play competitive baseball, and noticed it was one of the drugs they just got from that pitcher when they raided his house.....seems like I am hearing it come up alot with olympic type events and baseball/football......just got me curious as to why

Well, it is a stimulant and supposedly the air force is testing it on pilots, it supposedly allows you to work and perform at optimum levels despite lack of sleep, so I suspect it would have some positive effects or application to sports.

It can increase performance and mental clarity when in a fatigued or sleep deprived environment, it is prescribed for people with sleep apnea who have trouble functioning or staying awake during the day cuz they dont sleep at night, as far as I know though there are not many long term studies for sides.....

Helps you stay awake without any of the typciall side effects that you would get with regular stimulants.

Does not make you edgey, speedy, or high. I have used it in the past and it helps if you have work and/or stay focused for long periods of tme. Not a miracle drug but it does help when you need to be on your toes.

I recomend that you stack with Neurogenex and ALCAR if you take it.

I take modafinil (Provigil) for shift work sleep disorder. It's a lot better than OTC stimulants because it's not a diuretic and you take one or two in the morning and it lasts all day long. It's really good for people in college because you can stay up all night and still go to class the next day.

Anyway, I have a question. Does anyone know if it would be advised to take Provigil with Clenbuterol? I was just wondering since both are pretty much stimulants if the side effects would be too intolerable. If anyone has any ideas, let me know.

I dont know, but I assume this is a drug you need a script for, right?

just got me curious since supposedly BALCO had all its clients on it, then that pitcher got busted with GH and modafinil.....thought, hey there might be something to it to help boost performance on those days I am up all night at the firehouse, but still want to hit the gym hard the next day.

Yes, you can get modafinil (Provigil) only with a prescription, at least in the U.S.A. as far as I know. However, you may be able to find it on an online pharmacy without a prescription, but the medication is really, really expensive. If my insurance didn't cover it, I wouldn't be able to afford it.
