You can't take someone who isn't actively involved, make them a mod, and then expect them to become active. If they're already active, and they become a mod, they'll remain active.

We haven't seen Madcow posting on here for a month or so. Maybe it's time he was made a mod.
I hope you're not suggesting that anyone would be chosen to be a mod due to not posting much. That would suggest a conspiracy to keep us effectively modless with only a string of paper figureheads for our beloved forum of small bros.Protobuilder said:

Look guys. Fact is, we've been down this road before. The decision was made to appoint a mod who was not active here and has not become active here.
THAT WASN'T AN ACCIDENT.
It ain't gonna change now.
My best guess is what we mentioned before: people who would make good mods for the training forum don't push supplements or try to sell bullshit. This forum makes no money. The "powers that be" would be happy if we all left and the BB'ing voodoo / supplement whores took over.
