mod grf 1-29 question

Has anyone ever used mod grf 1-29 ? i was reading a bill roberts article and he said that it was the same thing as mod GRF for short and it helps increase GH production as a GHRH. It is supposed to be really good for also raising IGF-1 in the body and helps with sleep, fat loss, and gains. what dosage should i start with?
