MN humiliates prostitutes on website

i think i'll start a site similar to that. only mine will have pictures of priests who molest altar boys as well as biographies on each of the priests, where they live, what they drive, etc.
 
There was a segment on O'Reilly about this awhile back, except for it was a county in Colorado. I think it's wrong.

And I wouldn't go to a hooker myself, but these dudes are just fulfilling basic human needs. Prostitution will never go away- why not just try to control it. Isn't Ventura still in office? I know that he was all about legalizing prostitution, and he admitted to using prostitutes in the past himself.
 
yeah seriously...that's just straight up needless humiliation right there. i can understand sex offenders having their personal info and pics posted, but a guy trying to buy a blowjob because he's hard up doesn't warrant his face broadcasted to the entire planet with his offense tagged onto it. althought that is a pretty strong deterrant, i don't think it's going to keep people from trying to get hookers in minnesota.

What's bad is that these guys don't have to be convicted- just charged. What if they get someone who is acquitted? His name has been dragged through the dirt already.

I love how half the pictures are of them in thier car. Like they just busted them as they took the picture.
 
HS I think you would have a better chance of getting your up pic on another site that Minnesota has for dudes that have solicited some man-love. Next time you offer a homeless man $45 to hold you in his hairy man arms and nuzzle your ear, raise your voice so that any nearby policemen will hear and there you go. Instant fame in Minnesota. I'm pretty sure there's ground for suing this website. Especially if you haven't been convicted.

Right on, nav. This is total bullshit and an absolute violation of these people's constitutional rights. At the very least it is a blatant abuse of power; if it was run by a public neighborhood watch or something else, that would be one thing, but when you consider what the average "sentence" is (time served and $100 fine), this website in effect makes the police judge, jury, and executioner as this is a far worse punishment than any court is willing to impose.
 
I cannot believe they may post pics of you on the internet without consent. Even if they are guilty of that oh so serious crime.

This is one of the most ridiculous laws still on the books. They can't get tax money out of it, the reason it's probably illegal. If I got arrested for paying for sex, I would be one pissed off motherfucker. Many cops are hypocrites anyway, I know a lot of them.
 
Stupid religious bastards. This is when religious people piss me off, when they try to force their beliefs on others. How many laws are in effect because of religion? Separation of church and state, Bullshit, it doesn't exist. Everyone of those poor guys were ugly as fuck, how else are they gonna get laid? These same religious people that are out condemning everyone esle are doing the same things themselves, they make me sick.

Yes, whether that's stated outright or not. The law did stem from religion. There are more practical ways to deal with the problem that outlawing it, in my opinion. Nevada hasn't gone to hell in a handbasket yet.
