The best method of preparation is to get a bunch of fresh ones and deep fry them in olive oil. Put them in a basket with some paper towel at the bottom after letting them drip away any excess oil, and then eat them, much like fries. Good stuff.

Yea I know what they are. I haven't had them in years tho. Clean'em and boil'em, nice & slow....

Yes, I worked as one during late H.S. and College.
About 5 years I guess..

Started cutting up Chickens, then moved on to unloading and breaking down/ cutting up what we called RAIL BEEF which is the whole quarters weighing up to 200 lbs each. Then working at a Winn Dixie Supermarket with boxed beef. Always cold..

Scary working on a band saw all day knowing that one slip and you lose a finger easily..
