not taking sides, but i would not recomend oil and water based in same pin, some have done this with no problems at all more power to them, but i just dont see the reason to risk it, oil is oil water is water put em together you have a vinaigrette

lol this has been asked on a number of boards over the years. i have done it and i grew real muscle. besides i prefer to poke myself once for ED shots, not 2 and 3 times... considering that some of those pokes are going to be into my calves/pecs/traps.
