oil and water based gear will never mix but who cares you don't need them 2 mix, the syringe is just a holding tank until injected that's it. The only thing you should remember is that the water based will push through much faster than the oil so be sure to watch the pressure you put on the plunger when injecting and be sure to ease up when the water goes through.
