Mixing HGH

I've read, and been told, that you're not supposed to shake it. Also, you're supposed to use Bac water right? How long can you leave a solution in the fridge before you're supposed to use it? If someone can give me a rundown on this I'd appreciate it.

Heres what I did after reading a lot. YOu take the syringe and point it to the side of the vial, slowly push the amount of desired water into the hgh vial. then do not shake the vial, slowly turn the vial in a clockwise manner or counterclockwise while its on its side or upright or at an angle doesnt really matter. THen refridgerate, most will say hgh will alst 7-14 days in the fridge.
