Mistake to start DNP now?

I'm on the tail end of my cycle right now, I start clomid in 11 days (I have eq still in my system). I made some good gains (almost 30 pounds), but I also put on some fat (which I do not like).

I'm wondering if anyone thinks it would be a mistake or not very wise to start a mild dnp cycle now (200 mg's a day for as long as I can handle it, hopefully 3-4 weeks, I'm 220 pounds right now).

I'm very tempted to start it, but I'm also a little worried that it my interfere with my post cycle recovery. Can anyone comment on this? I hate being fat, someone help me out.
 
Sure,I just ran one like that in similar fashion and had great results.DNP is a lot better than a keto/cardio marathon for losing those unwanted pounds,as it is protein-sparing.At 200mgs/day you won't lose very much strength/size at all...

Is it a good idea to work out on 200mg? We know 400mg is bad for several reasons (see Andy's post), so I'm wondering about the 200... if it's anticatabolic that'd kick ass...

At 200mgs/day,I really didn't have any problems training,outside of motivation and endurance.Recovery wasn't compromised much if at all.At 200mgs/day you're still getting partial glycogen retention within the cell,just to a limited degree.At 400mgs/day and above,I would say to cut way back on training volume...
 
So why then wouldn't you do dnp throughout your cycle?

What I infer you're suggesting is to start the dnp AFTER finishing the cycle, before clomid being ok... I kinda like that... how likely is that to fuck with your gains, though, seing you'll be on a dnp diet afterwards and not a cycle diet... (I'm going for a lbm cycle - no bulk, no cut, just lean mass, and want to shed ca. 10lbs of blubber after that cycle).

If you use DNP during a cycle,it has to be limited to a very light amount.Androgen entry into the nucleus of the cell is largely an ATP-dependent process,so if your limiting the amount of ATP to the cell,what you'll get is a drastically reduced uptake of androgens into the cell,i.e. reduced anabolism...
 
Keep workouts very short in duration,say 30-45 minutes max.And stick to basic compound excercises that tax the entire musculature.Forget about doing tons of isolation excercises.Keep sets limited to no more than a few per body part,i.e. bench press-3-4 sets of 6-10 reps.Just an example...

Having it negate the effects of the eq is not really a concern for me right now. I haven't put on any weight since week 7 or so, and I've got such a small amount left in my system right now that it's probably not doing all that much anyways.

Bulking is done, now it's time to lean out.
