What the hell should I do if I never got my promised Tax Refund Check from President Bush's program?
I tried www.irs.gov, but there's no page there.

It's NOT A REFUND...It's and advance against the adjusted tax rates for the 2002 filing season.

I am on the second to last mailing date, I will not get mine until Sept. 17.

Uh... not quite. However, if Presdient Bush decides to grant amnesty to millions of illegal aliens (oops, I'm sorry, "Undocumented Resident Workers"), I'm ditching the GOP. But definitely not for the DNC.
