missed the UPS guy, will R-ala be okay?

Well, like an idiot, I took a nap, and I ended up missing the UPS guy. I don't know how I didn't hear him knocking, I must have been in a deep sleep. I know you have to keep the R-ala cool, will it be damaged because I wasn't able to get it in the fridge?

They didn't even tell me when they will deliver tomorrow, but I'm not going to miss them again. I'll make sure to be here, and up all day.

Now on a side note, I am very excited to try all my AF goodies. My mouth is watering just thinking about it! LOL I seriously have to give it up for the AF store once more. The product line up is unreal, and the best out there.

unless you are somewhere VERY hot, it will be fine. But if you ordered glucorell it should be the "fed-ex" guy.

I really don't know what's wrong with me lately, I've been taking these naps and sleeping very deep. I've been having trouble sleeping, and once I take a nap, it turns into a 2 hours snore fest. I'm excited about trying P7, maybe then I will get some decent sleep at night.
