Hey guys there are like a million posts on nizoral spray or Minoxidil. I don't have the time to sift through everyone. Do I need a script or anything?

Thanks

Nizoral A-D Shampoo has met the FDA´s standards as a dandruff treatment, but you will not see the shampoo advertised by its makers as a hair loss remedy. It would be illegal for them to do so, because that has not been proven.

The only medicines scientifically proven to regrow hair in some men with hereditary balding are minoxdil and finasteride (brand name Propecia). Even so, if you´re willing to accept the Nizoral A-D study at face value, you may want to try it for yourself.

Stick with the rogain , there's not enough information that nizoral regrows hair

1% nizoral is sold OTC. The 2% requires a script in the States, but not north or south of the border. It's all over the internet as well.

2% is the best when combatting AAS hair loss. You can get it out of Canada with no script. The Minoxidal is at walmart.(no script) the generic is dirt cheap there.

Minoxidil - I've been told by dermatologists and various doctors that this shit only temporarily grows your hair....upon discontinuation of about 3 months it all comes off?

Besides, the hair is sorta fine thin hair (looks fake?)

Can anyone confirm this PLEASE. I plan to use it. (but not on my head though...)

True or not guys???

True, mostly. If you get folligen, that will help thicken it up.

More anti androgens will help. Spiro cream can help. At least I think it does (or I want to think so!) No really, spiro does seem to work for me.

NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BUt I want hair not on my head but....somewhere else.

Will this work too?

Someone please shout out the STRONGEST, MOST POWERFUL PERMANENT HAIR GROWER EVER EXISTED FOR MANKIND!

AAARRRGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!

(karma will be given!)

i tried rogaine when it first came out but got tired of dripping liquid on my head and was never convinced it worked. i have used propecia for several years and it seems to have stopped my hair loss but not regrown it.

when i used OTC rogaine all that was available was 2%. i was at costco the other day and saw 5%, including a generic version. i was tempted to buy it but i didn't want go thru that whole thing of applying it.

best cure for hairloss? just accept it. noone cares.

I like rogaine. It has worked for me but it only works on the crown of your head(top) it wont do anything for a receeding hairline. I think a combination of certain things is best for combatting hairloss. (finasteride, rogaine, nizoral) or your choice. This combo has worked very well for me though.

thanks for replying everyone, I think I'll go pick up some 2% Minoxidil and order some finasteride. I've been on winny for about a week now, so I expect to start shedding soon
