minimum carao doseage

I only was able to get 1 large bottle... 1.5 teaspoons a day enough to get anything out of it? I am aminly looking for the vascularity and energy
 
I didn't get any vascularity or 'enegy'. It has definitely helped my endurance during workouts, however. I am blowing through my workouts since carao and not some but all of my workouts. I also feel I have got a big boost immune-wise from it. You may not notice this if you're not, or haven't been sick but if you are or you're run down for any reason then I highly recommend it for that. One final thing that I've noticed is that I feel I'm recovering from w/o's quicker than I normally would pre-carao. But as far as dosage I'm down to 2 teaspoons ed and haven't seen any less of an effect.
 
I say vascularity because of the effects on blood cells... I am going to cut and i need something to increase vascularity but i cant afford EQ
 
I got my initial response on about 1 1/2 teaspoons... but the big vascularity on about 1 tablespoon. I am in the tail end of a bulking cycle and was able to take my weight from 205-208lbs to about 235lbs and still stay vascular.

I'm now taking two tablespoons a day to see if it makes any difference. I'm definitely holding at my all time high strength wise... which is more interesting to me because I am taking 400mg a day of DNP crystal and still easily blowing through my workouts.
