I didn't get any vascularity or 'enegy'. It has definitely helped my endurance during workouts, however. I am blowing through my workouts since carao and not some but all of my workouts. I also feel I have got a big boost immune-wise from it. You may not notice this if you're not, or haven't been sick but if you are or you're run down for any reason then I highly recommend it for that. One final thing that I've noticed is that I feel I'm recovering from w/o's quicker than I normally would pre-carao. But as far as dosage I'm down to 2 teaspoons ed and haven't seen any less of an effect.
