O.k. gentlemen... I've lost 15 lbs of blubber in like 3 weeks. How you ask? Three secrets to my fat loss success:

1) NYC - the shit is BADASS

2) Tons of intense AM-empty stomach cardio and maintenance AM-empty stomach workouts

3) Unyielding discipline with my diet... eating only 1400-1700 cals/day. This has got to be the most important factor. I'm constantly in a slightly hungry state, eating very small meals/shakes every 3 hours or so. The hunger used to be what spelled my demise back when I tried to diet in the past, but I decided to try something different this time. I decided to TRAIN my brain to perceive slight hunger as PLEASURE. You know how a little pain feels kinda good? Well I extrapolated that phenomenon to apply to slight hunger too... and it worked. I don't go overboard with the hunger thing though... if I'm too hungry I feel bad and end up pigging out. The key for me was to stay just slightly hungry throughout the day, and when I thought I was getting too hungry, I'd eat just enough to satiate my desires--not to "fill" myself up. Tough? Kind of at first, but it's WORKING and it's WELL WORTH IT :)!

I'm so friggin happy with my results... I'm confident that for the first time in my life I'll have a six-pack... just gimmie another 3-4 months. Take care my Elite brothas...

Yeah, I am losing some muscle & strength, but I'm losing much more fat... I'd estimate that I'm losing fat to muscle at a 4:1 ratio... which I don't think is too bad at all, do you?

After I lose all the fat I want, I'll then and only then start up a lean mass gaining phase... i.e. no more "bulking" cycles for me anymore... put on too much damn fat that way! Nope, lean mass is it... up my cals slightly to like 2500 clean cals/day, increase my workouts' intensity and frequency, and cut down slightly on the cardio. Oughtta be able to put on a clean pound of muscle/week doing this...
 
In my opinion you dont even need the cardio.

I'm eating 1700 cals per day, i weigh 185 or so (scales are off at my gym ) and I just lift like 4-5 days per week. I do maybe 2-3 bodyparts per workout, but i only do like 6 exercises per part, so im working them more frequently, but not as hard.

I DO throw maybe one cardio session in. Possibly 2 if im bored..And I'll do it after a workout. None of the AM annoying empty stomach crap. And I'll do it for 25 minutes at the most. And my abs are coming in more and more and the veins in my arms and shoulders are coming in ever so slightly more and more.
 
Burning Inside.... I WISH I could lose fat without cardio! I'm a natural endomorph who's very sensitive to carbs & their concomitant insulin surges, and for me to lose fat, I HAVE to cut PM carbs and do AM-empty stomach cardio. Sucks but hey, you gotta play with the hand you're dealt :)...

I lost 15lbs in 3 days. Took 12 ECA, 50g Fish Oil, 5g UA a day plus I ate nothing. By the 4th day I was admitted into a hospital, my throat was slit open because it was dried out, my heart rate was 200 at rest, I was having trouble breathing just from walking, and I felt like I was going to die (actually at one point I was going to kill myself because it was so painful). Don't be stupid, use recommended doses and don't lose more than 2lbs a week! :D

I bailed on that 2 weeks in... I was just coming off 16 weeks of 200mg Primo, and after re-considering, I decided to give my receptors a break till next spring or so... then I'll probably bust a nice, low-dose Fina &/or Primo &/or Winny cycle (i.e. lean mass baby!).

I'll tell you though, Fina is the shit. 2 weeks and I was already looking harder and my strength was going up! Can't wait till spring ;)...
