O.k. gentlemen... I've lost 15 lbs of blubber in like 3 weeks. How you ask? Three secrets to my fat loss success:
1) NYC - the shit is BADASS
2) Tons of intense AM-empty stomach cardio and maintenance AM-empty stomach workouts
3) Unyielding discipline with my diet... eating only 1400-1700 cals/day. This has got to be the most important factor. I'm constantly in a slightly hungry state, eating very small meals/shakes every 3 hours or so. The hunger used to be what spelled my demise back when I tried to diet in the past, but I decided to try something different this time. I decided to TRAIN my brain to perceive slight hunger as PLEASURE. You know how a little pain feels kinda good? Well I extrapolated that phenomenon to apply to slight hunger too... and it worked. I don't go overboard with the hunger thing though... if I'm too hungry I feel bad and end up pigging out. The key for me was to stay just slightly hungry throughout the day, and when I thought I was getting too hungry, I'd eat just enough to satiate my desires--not to "fill" myself up. Tough? Kind of at first, but it's WORKING and it's WELL WORTH IT

I'm so friggin happy with my results... I'm confident that for the first time in my life I'll have a six-pack... just gimmie another 3-4 months. Take care my Elite brothas...
