Been training for over a year seriously, but i still cant feel parts of my back and i use alot of my biceps to pull. Especially my lats, so its lagging bad time. Can some one help me please...
drop the pulldowns, weight the chinups, and check your rowing form... if all else fails, add more weight.
oh, and deadlift
are you talking about being able to flex parts of your back?
try putting your finger on a certain part of your lats and concentrate on flexing it while pulling your arm back (in a rowing movement). similar to all other muscles, eventually you'll be able to control muscles in your back in this manner as well.
