min time off?

im on hrt so Im never really "off" but i do drop down to low doses after each cycle. I was wondering what is the shortest time between cycles I can take? 1 month, 2 months more?

Most say time ff should equal time on. I follow this protocal but I'm not sure it's scientifically sound. I am not convinced 100% that it takes longer to recover from being shut down if you've been shut down longer than a certain time (if that makes sense). If you're shut down from a 12 weeker, does it take less time to recover than if you are finishing up a 16 or 20 week cycle? I just don't know so I err on the side of caution - most of the time haha.

How often do they recommend pct, for hrt, and do they give you any anti-e’s

I would do PCT about every 6-7 months, can augment that while still on, by simply doing HCG for 4 weeks

1500 iu’s per week twice a week.

In other words go off for two months during pct every 6-7 months,

hrt is for life, so you never come off of the testosterone, you just use small amounts to make up for low natural testosterone. anti e-s are not required since the dose is soo low(100-250mg per week). hcg 250iu twice a week or 500iu once a week all year long.

so the thing is, after a cycle you don't need to recover from your natural testosterone being suppresed because you are always on testosterone. so what are we actually trying to recover from?

Yes, it can take longer to recover from a long cycle but only because of the testes. The pituitary and hypathalamus recover quickly even after years of HRT. The longer the testes go without producing testosterone, the more they atrophy and the longer they take to recover. However, the proper use of HCG during or at the end of a long cycle can prevent this.

Also, I believe you need at least 2 months off between cycles to let everything get back to normal. This is regardless of cycle length.

I would allow the same amount of time even if you're on HRT to allow your lipids and prostate to return to normal. There is no need for PCT if you're on HRT but HCG will help maintain normal testicular size.
