ok, planning a trip through milwakee and chicago

going to go to miller park and wrigley feild

good places to hang out and
some good places to eat

Morton's for steak and MissJanet's for desert.

in chicago - not near wrigley more near sox park... (southside) all are quick easy access via the highway tho.... (90/94 dan ryan)

all are chicago originals and off the beaten track for tourists but busy pretty much 24-7 with locals....

I was just there last weekend bro - I would have shown you to them...

Ricobene's
252 W 26th St
just go there don't question - order a king size breaded steak sandwich... with cheese and gardineria...

Mario's Italian Lemonade
On Taylor street between Halstead and Racine

Right down the street from there... are awesome Polish sausages...

? Polish Sausages
get Mustard and Grilled Onions
-This is the place that used to be on maxwell street* but got moved to here...
Right by the ramp for the 290 at Taylor or Roosevelt (not sure if it is the on or off ramp) big yellow awnings/signage - there are two places right next to each other that look the same - hit the one on the right, it is better...

*maxwell street is famous - it was the street where the blues brothers come out of the diner and everyone is dancing etc... that all got razed recently so they had to move the polish joint... when I lived there, my buddies used to wake me up at 4 in the am like 2x a month to take them to "that place on maxwell street with the polishes" cause I was the only one who knew where it was...

Maxwell is still kicking it. Got those sock selling bums holding it down on the expressway ramps and what have you.

You in chicago orb? I just know they made the polish place move so I had no reason to cruise down the actuall "maxwell street" last time I was there half the buildings (all brick) had huge holes in them like a scene out of europe during WWII

ditch the millawkee part of your trip, hop on the ferry that goes from Wisconsin to Ludington, Michigan...once in Michigan, proceed north on 31 untill you get to Mackinaw City...from there, go to Mackinaw Island, good vacation spot nigero

sox tix are much easier... they are on a good run too... only prob is the seats in there are so steep you will probably get a nose bleed and pass out...

i hear they got climbers lost and frozen in the upperdecks just like mt. everest...
