Milk Thistle

Where do you all get your milk thistle? And how much mg/day are u suppose to take when putting your liver under stress with D-Bol? Thanx!

You can get milkthistle anywhere. Local health food stores. Hell, even grocery stores. Can't remember the doses I was taking..... Just what the bottle says I think. Lots and lots of water while on Dbol. Nothing will help as much as water.
