sus250 300mg a week week 1-8
hcg week9-10
with this cycle how many pills of milk thistle should i take to keep my liver healthy

instead of the milk thistle, I'd use r-ALA and Tylers Liver detox instead.

if you bought it @ Vitamin Shoppe or GNC you should be able to bring it back and say your not getting the results you wanted, and get a refund/credit. Their good like that.

i highly suggest getting some ALA.

Curious why you say it is useless? Milk thistle has been shown to help in cases of cholestatic liver diesease; which is the type of liver problems typically experienced by heavy oral AAS users.
