milk thistle while on m1t?

ive been takind milk thistle for 8 days now, and im wondering if i should continue it throughout my 2 week cycle of m1t?? also does anyone know how long m1t stays in your system, say for a urine test?

I would take the milk thistle the whole time. M1T is pretty hard on the liver so anything will help. Not exactly sure what the half life is, it cant be much longer than a few hours to a day. Are they specifically testing for steroids on the urine test, if they are not you should be fine.

well yeah actually they will be but not for about 4 months sooo...

i was thinking that milk thistle would be EXTRA stress on the liver. what bout creatine can i still run tath striaght through?
