milk thistle and orals

how many mg of milk thistle should be taken after oral use....my oral use was a little high too....

i am getting pains in my lower right abdomen, right side of belly button which I read was the liver.......

please helps bros.....im guessing maybe 500mg ed - 750mg ed? or more?

use tylers like twice a day...i did that while i was on var at 75mg ed....no pain for me although i dont think var is too hard on the liver

If your getting pains i would stop. Dont mess with you liver, you kinda need it. Use tylers immediatly.

I typically take about 1000 mgs a day of Milk Thistle. You might also want to get some blood work done to make sure it is not something more serious.

If your liver hurts, I would say you are past the milk thistle/tylers department. but don't freak out and think that it is you liver, could be, but probably gas

I take around 1g of Milk Thistle, including Tylers, NAC and a few other odds and ends.

I buy the majority of my supps in bulk and capt or just eat the shit raw - except for Milk Thistle. The shit is pure nastyness - not only does it smell like shit, it tastes like shit and it sticks to everything (including my Cap-M-Quik) I'm buying tabs next time.

Ive had the same problem from orals...I got blood work done right away and all was gravy- taking tylers and between 750mg and 1g of milk thistle on top per day. Get blood work done to see if you can continue your cycle with those liver supps, I wouldnt take the risk.
