Milk thistle & Ala for liver protection?

Is better to run both products or just one for liver protection? If so how much of it would be sufficient per day?

If anyone could PM, to where abouts I could find a Cheap online store to buy either one... I'd appreciate it alot.. I have one, but I dont think we're allowed to post them here? if you can.. post away.
