Milk = Smooth?

I've read and heard that drinking milk with make you look smooth...

Is this true...

Seems that I drink several glasses a day w/my protein supp.


What's your opinion?
 
you can still be pretty lean and drink some milk, just keep it in check. I wouldn't be hitting every protein shake w/milk. Substitute a small amount of cream instead, it will provide the consistency and taste you are looking for w/out all the milk sugars.
 
milk..i drink 1/3 cup of skim milk with my oatmeal int eh morning,a dn 1/3 cup wiht my protein shake in at 3:00pm.....i hate milk, but i drink that much a day, cause i need it for my lil ol' bones, lol.....dotn tell me to drink whole milk again, i hate milk, i will gage if i would have to drink whole milk, i used to drink soy milk, but its sugary, and i was told it causes breast cancer on females, so fuck that shit, oh adn i need my calcium, yum.....
 
A gallon of milk a day wouldn't keep most of us satisfied all day right?

Basically you couldn't eat anything else that day and expect to lose wieght.

I've been known to drink a gallon or more a day, needless to say I've had a hard time dropping wieght all my adult life. Milk is a good balanced food but rich in calories. Use it sparingly unless you have tapeworms and osteoporosis.
 
A gallon is just so much to take in.....cant fathom.........I have a cup or 2 and that does me just fine.........
 
Ive been drinking about 1.3 litres lately,helps get in more cals and prot,and no bad fats since its fat free,as for the carbs Im not worried since Im not much over maintenance,but a gal is a ton of milk,id be boated as hell and on the can al day
