Military Drug Testing?

A friend of mine from the gym is going to enter the Navy as an officer this summer (I guess it's OCS or OTS or whatever they call it now). Anyway he was asking me about the drug testing policies of the military. I have no military experence but I figured there would be some guys on here in the know. Anyway he doesnt use any rec drugs or anything but he does do a bulker and a cutter every year. That was his question, does the military test for AAS? Thanks for your help in advance guys.

Nope. ARMY dosent anyway. No testiing for AAS or levels of any kind. Just the basics. -icu11b

Yea, I was a navy corpsman and the only time we tested for AAS was at special request from the CO. And that only happened if that person was caught red handed. Random drug tests and the ones done while entering are nothing to worry about.

Yeah as has been said they do not test for AAS at all. As long as he doesnt piss anyone off, stays on people's good side he shouldn't have to worry about anyone requesting that he be tested for steroids. Officers generally don't have to worry about health and comforts inspections, but I'd still say he should hide his stuff pretty well.
