Military Barbell - Front/Back?

What gets targeted for front Military Press vs. Back Military Barbell Press?

I do mine standing (feel like I get more control than seated=heavy weight), and behind the neck?

Good? Bad?

Tips/Advice...

Right now working my 5x5 with 135lbs....
 
depends on how you do em, if you press the bar behind your head like I do as it goes up then you will feel it in all delt heads, front MP that is.
Not very easy to balance if you keep the bar out in front as you press it up, plus it causes you to lean back.
 
My shoulder would completely dislocate if I did behind the neck presses. But my b/f does them and he can do alot more behind the neck as opposed to ffront.
 
I switch off between the two. For the fronts I do them on a smith machine. On the rears I dont go down to my neck anymore like I've done for years just to the right about the ears feel good. I really like behind the neck and although many dont do them at all, I've kept them around.
