For those of you who dont remember me from my other log, ill give you the run down...

About 3 years ago, i was around 245 at 6%bf (5'10") And i had a back injury which landed me in a bed for a month and coudnt lift for almost a year, about 6 months ago i decided to get back into weightlifting (mostly for rugby) I started at around 165, im sitting at 200 right now. (i had some side tracks along the way.) Now im really concentrating on rugby, and im wanting to get to around 225 or so... Just got of a m1t cycle also, just started my first week of clomid.

Right now, all im taking is about 10g fish oil, a multi, and zma. Im going to start uping the calls and see what i can do...

Damn 245 at 6% bf at 5'10" , that sounds lean

Good luck, I myself am on a M1T cycle for 4 weeks.. this is my second week and legs today were awesome!

Whats your Dosage at? I tried 10mg for 2 weeks then bumped it up to 15mg for a week, i gained 7 pounds, but there was pretty much no increase in strength. After a week at 15mg my nose started bleeding often, so i just cut out the last week... 3rd day in post cycle right now and havnt lost any of the weight.
