flu while on cycle
Hay bros just had the flu this weekend and I am having a hard time getting myself back into the hole food gym thing I am on week four of a test deca cycle so it suckes even more because the test is sure kickin but I am so dehidrated my bones and muscles are sore I cant catch up on my sleep anyone have any ideas I gained ten pounds only to loose six of it last weekend anyway dont mean to bitch and moan but I know this has happined to someone if not all of you so if you have any suggestions fire away Thanks
