I have had a tiny area of fat around my waist all my life as long as I could remember. I used to be a fat kid when I was 8-12 and was 190 at 11. I then started working out at 12.. light stuff, doing sports, eating right, running and got myself very lean at 140 in high school doing cross country and was an all league runner. The problem was I could still not get rid of this belly fat i tried eca stacks, clenbuterol with and without t3 and got great results getting ripped but my stomach still will never get ripped below. I just dont know what to do. I eat very clean. I have egg white omlette for breakfast with a cup of oatmeal at 6 am at 8 am I have a banana at 10 I eat a can of tuna in water, at 12 i eat grilled chicken with a sweet potato, at 2 I have a french vanilla myoplex, at 5 I have a salad of spinach chicken and tuna with feta cheese. at 7 i get off of work. i do security so i can eat these meals at these times without a problem. I workout at 8 for an hour 45 min of cardio and 30 min f light weight lifting. I take my mega men vitamins with a myoplex shower and go to bed at 10. What is my problem here. Im 33 now 5'10 190 34 inch waist. I admit I look great everywhere else but my midsection
