Someone give me some help here! I have been working out 6 days a week for over five months doing 30 to 40 mins of weightlifting and 45 to 60 mins a day of cardio and I still have my disgusting pot belly. I am burning at least 1400 cals a day in the gym and take in only 2200 to 2500 cals a day. I am 6'4", weight 270 and have body fat of 24% and I am 58 yo.
Please give me some help as I am going nuts not seeing any results in my gut area. My pants are much looser in the ass but not the waist. So I don't know what's up.
