Mid Cycle

Lets say hypothetically, in the middle of your cycle you have an unexpected event come up and you have to take off for a while. When you get where your going you have absolutly no access to a gym or any exercise facility. If you are going to be stuck there for a short (week or so) time how do you handle it? Would a mid cycle break mess everything up? If so what do you do when you get home? Start over again, forget that cycle and start a new one, take a break for a while? Before i start using juice i want to know that i can handle every situation before it happens.
 
One week off isn´t bad at all, it might actually have its benefits. I´d just take my shot of a long lasting ester before I leave, do two days of an ass busting whole body workout routine and do some jogging every day in my week off.
Keep your diet in check, eat lots of protein, you might even go back to the gym stronger than you left it.
 
You can train anywhere -- anytime. And it doesn't even have to take very long.

Do a workout of 5 sets of 50 pushups with less than one minute rest between sets. Then do 10 sets of 100 super slow deep knee bends. Finish off with 10 sets of chins to failure. Then get back to me on how easy your work-outs were.
