Lets say hypothetically, in the middle of your cycle you have an unexpected event come up and you have to take off for a while. When you get where your going you have absolutly no access to a gym or any exercise facility. If you are going to be stuck there for a short (week or so) time how do you handle it? Would a mid cycle break mess everything up? If so what do you do when you get home? Start over again, forget that cycle and start a new one, take a break for a while? Before i start using juice i want to know that i can handle every situation before it happens.
