after this ( i may go 16 weeks) im getting serious about cutting. my goal is 12% by mid summer.
 
Looking good - your delts are great. What are you doing for your back? Some heavy bent-over rows will give you incredible thickness.

thanks. i DO do heavy BB rows. did them today in fact. deads, BB rows, pulldowns, cable rows, hypers, i do all the good shit, its just stubborn.

at least i have SOME v-taper now.

Yep, at 6'4" it's going to take time to fill all that out. I'm kinda built like you structure wise, but a little shorter at 6'2". I think so much of it is really beefing up the lats, upper and lower, for us taller guys. Your thickness actually looks decent- better than mine anyway. I found a real cool little trick to getting the lower lats working hard, though I'm sure I'm not the first to think of it:

Use the one-handed grip on a lat pulldown or other pulley like a cable crossover. Get down on your knees and face perpendicular to the weight stack so that your arm you are using is coming straight out toward the weight stack. Get a good stretch. Pull down with hard, bringing your elbow into your side and really squeeze so that your elbow actually goes behind you or digs into your side. You can't get this range of motion with a two-handed lat exercise. Feel the lower lats really working. Also, you can get a really good stretch at the top with this exercise that isn't really possible any other way. Trust me, it will fry your lats!

the simple addition of Deca will take you up yet another level

ps with 500 of test all you really need is 300 of Deca
 
Having a vested interest in your cycle (you're using AIFM) I'm very happy to see that pic. I don't see the kind of fat or bloating many guys have by week 8. Nice work!!

If you're going to go 16 then add eq to the cycle. Right about now is when the gains start to stall and you'll need to add something. Either eq or winny are good for that problem.

bro, cut for 8 weeks, use prop/tren/wisntrol/T3
