mid cycle hcg question?

Im in week 6 of 10 (I think )of a sust 250 cycle 1ml e3d I have enough hcg to do 500ius eod for 3 weeks after my last shot and have 1500ius spare I was thinking that 500ius eod for this week
would this help with recovery or just a waste of time, If it is a good idea should I take nolva when using hcg
