Microsoft Picture It! vs Arcsoft Photoimpression

Has anyone used both? Likes/dislikes? I've used Photoimpression before and had no problems with it but I hear Picture It! has more features. I have Photoshop and Corel Draw but both of those take too much time to learn.


Also, if anyone can recommend a place to download either of these I'd appreciate it.
