MICRO CYCLING FAT< CARBS & PROTEIN

Has anyones experimente with micro cycling diet. I basically consist on cylcing the intake of fat, protein and carbs in short perios (3 days or so).?
 
Currently I'm cutting and I've had good luck with carb/fat cycling, with a carb-up day once a week. Typically i've been switching between <20%carbs on day and then <20% fats the next. I'd prefer to drop carbs even less, but I refuse to give up my PWO shake. I'd recomend holding your protein intake high.
