if he were as black as mike vick we would have hung from the gallows.
(shrug) maybe. But what's your point? Since people who think the court system is racist believe that black men are tried unfairly, you're basically saying that if he were blacker, he would have been unfairly convicted.

lol @ him bleaching his skin somehow making him a non-black. he's still a black man. everyone in the world knows it. he's a weirdo for altering his appearance the way he did, that's for certain. the fact that he bleached his skin did not mean he was acquitted for that reason (because his skin was lighter). give it up.

im saying if he was darker.. he would have been hunted and it would have been harder to paint himslef as the victim instead of the child molestor, and maybe alot of you wouldnt defend him
dont get me wrong i like his music but its no excuse for 20 years of being accused.
right. and what i am sayin is that is an absurd thought. at least from my perspective (im white) he is no less black because he decided to lighten his skin tone. honestly white people dont look at someone as more or less black. its just black. i know within your own race however, skin tone plays a big part in whether you are accepted by your people or not. i never understood it but thats neither here nor there.

Who's got blind faith? My post had nothing to do with anything he's said. I'm willing to bet I have a much more thorough knowledge of the cases than a lot of people who think he's guilty. Including you.

lol, actually no...Never a big fan of his music. I mean, I liked some of it, but when he was the big thing, I was fantasizing about marrying one of the new kids on the block. Say what you will about my lack of taste in music, haha, but I'm not biased.
I just like to actually have all the facts before I form an opinion.

Actually, on second thought...I do get a bias in the high profile sex crime cases...but it's almost always toward the victim, not the accused. I recognize that I have that bias, which prompts me to look further into the case than others might, in attempt to get a more balanced opinion.

i dont think his kids are even biologically his IMO. i think his ex-whatever that Debbie Rowe carried those kids and used a sperm donor (not Michaels sperm).
debbie rowe, their mother, just spilled today that she used an annonymous sperm donor. Biologically, they are not his kids.

court is ruled by $$$ so ofcorse mj wins. and so willl r-kelly.

america has turned mj into some kind of god that could do no wrong.
r-kelly will win his case after watching a video in court of him peeing on a minor.
but america will hate him why is it differant?
I'm not so sure he'll win his case. There is actual hard evidence that kelly is guilty, where there was absolutely nothing that concrete with MJ. And the public opinion is based on the same thing. The two cases are entirely different as far as the amount of evicence.
And money certainly helps you get a good lawyer...I won't deny that it is a benefit. But facts are facts, and there is plenty with MJ to cast doubt of his guilt. I've already listed a few of them.
