I talked to several pros this weekend and flat out asked them on avg how many grams they took a week and how many gs a week they believed was ther avg for an IFBB pro. Most weer very honest and up front and it ranged a lot. None personally said lower then 2 grams. But they all agreed it is a vast range and is between 1.5-5 gs a week a few up to 7. I did not ask what compounds or if they took HGH or slin or if they believed others did but Im sure most do. They all attributed diet the most. Not one said gear was the top factor but it is necessary (obviously) at their level.
