Mg's pros use.

I talked to several pros this weekend and flat out asked them on avg how many grams they took a week and how many gs a week they believed was ther avg for an IFBB pro. Most weer very honest and up front and it ranged a lot. None personally said lower then 2 grams. But they all agreed it is a vast range and is between 1.5-5 gs a week a few up to 7. I did not ask what compounds or if they took HGH or slin or if they believed others did but Im sure most do. They all attributed diet the most. Not one said gear was the top factor but it is necessary (obviously) at their level.
 
dam...can you imagin how much gear that is they must be shooting 4cc a day every day...talk about a pin couision..........
 
yeah that about right. Im friends with a pro and 2 top amatures and they both use around 3 grams not including orals,gh, slin.

so are these guys taking this much gear cuz thats what it takes for them to grow now after years of abuse or what....i mean what happens to a guy whose on his 3rd cycle and decides do do 3grams of test a week.....???
 
how would you die from extra test???
high BP would be the only killer i can think of but there are ways to lower that too. left venticule enlargening? possible but must be YEARS of abuse for that to occur.

I don't think it makes sense to take more juice than you're capable of training hard to make the most of. Example:
Joe Rookie trains for a year then starts to juice. He's probably never experience a pump in his life and doesn't even have enough lats to flex them. He's read the boards and starts off at 500mg/week. He blows up on water/estrogenic fat, loses 2/3 of it during PCT which he doesn't do. He figures he didn't take enough so his next cycle gets bumped to 1 gram/week. This works a lil better (mainly because he's been training for a while longer) so he figures if he goes to 1.5 grams he can do two more cycles then stop for good because he'll be as big as he wanted to get. How many times have we heard that one?
I'm on my 8th or so now and I'm just breaking the gram barrier, although the full cycle average is probably less than that.

Easily 3g of whatever per week. Then add the recreationnal drugs some of them do and you have one fucked up cocktail...
