Have done a couple cyles a few years back. My stats are 5 '9 213 17% percentish body fat if I had to guess. I'm actually planning on droping to 190 within a 8-10 week perioed I've done this before so I'm confideant that I can do it agein. Iwanted to know if you think Ishould start out with 30 mg and increase it every 3 days 10 mg and work my way up to 100 mg? Or should I just take 50 mg right off the bat?
Also what the longest that you have stayed on Winstrol with still seeing results. Someone just told me that they've been on Winstrol for over six months and still seen results. Just wanted to here other peolpes experiences

1. Winny is toxic to the liver, so dont stay on for more then 6 weeks
2. 50mg ed is plenty, 100-150mg ed is a really bad idea if you ask me. 50 has always been the acceptible dose, i dont know why others are suggusting that you run higher doses.
not flaming anyone, just dont see any sense in running more then 50mg ed
