if i were to bring back some finasterida (Proscar), clomifeno (Clomid) and ARIMIDEX, will the border patrol give me problems. i know it’s perfectly legal to bring items like Proscar and Clomid back across the border as these are unscheduled drugs but is Arimidex in the boat. Would i be advised to declare my goods or just sneak them back?

i don't think it's legal to bring back any type of prescription med... and i'm pretty sure they don't carry arimi down there either... otherwise i would have bought some.. if i had just been down there about 2 months ago that is.. which i wasn't.. but if i was..

just take a few empty rx btls down with you.. get the goods.. switch containers.. throw the rx btls back in your backpack..

you're straight.. and as long as you don't look suspicious at the border.. they're not gonna search you anyway..

Read this info from customs web site and your question should be ansqwered.

Consumer Alert

The U.S. Customs Service enforces Federal laws and regulations, including those of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

A new bill was recently passed by Congress that amends a portion of the Controlled Substances Act (21USC956(a)). This amendment allows a United States resident to import up to 50 dosage units of a controlled medication without a valid prescription at an international land border. These medications must be declared upon arrival, be for your own personal use and in their original container . However, travelers should be aware that drug products which are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration may not be acceptable for such importation. FDA warns that such drugs are often of unknown quality and discourages buying drugs sold in foreign countries. Please go to http://www.fda.gov/ora/import/purchasing_medications.htm for further information.

Ok Bro- I live on the TX Mex border- 30min from the gear - and I want to assure you that I have declared (last week in fact) Propecia-Proscar - Novladex - and clomid. It is ok to bring over anything that is not a "scheduled" drug or that has not been approved by the FDA. What that means to you- is that you do not have to sweat declaring any of the things that you have mentioned in this post. HOWEVER - many border guards know that drugs that are anti e's -Clomid- novla - are closely associated with the use of gear. Which means that if you are declaring those drugs - do not have any contraband on you at all. If you have any other questions about border crossing PM me.

This is correct. If you declair your personals you will be fine as long as they are not controlled. I saw someone try to delcair products that where class IIII meds and with no perscription they tool the products but didn't give her a fine. I don't understand that law about the 50 dosages. If that is true then this lady should have been able to bring her meds back.

I would just declare them and show them what you have they like honesty an example ,my good friend just came back to Canada from Cancun he brought back 10 boxes hcg ,few bottles of proviron,Denkall t 400 a couple bottles he showed customs all the stuff and they had no problem with it he walked away with it all.

does this mean that it is leagl to bring 50 dosages of mexican juice across?.....say 50 ad50's as long as they are in original packaging?

No, Canada has different laws pertaining to AAS. It's legal to posess if for personal use.

I have said it before and I will say it again, if you try to declare gear at the tx mex border they will look at you like you just tried to declare a pound of weed. Because it is illegal, If someone has been able to declare roids and got through the tx mex border- it was a fluke and a accident. You can declare meds like vicodin, xanax etc. 50 units w/o a script- but you cannot declare gear.
