Mexico and Declaration of Drugs

I found this interesting, some of which, I have seen people post on here and never really believed it. But it must be true>>

A new bill was recently passed by Congress that amends a portion of the Controlled Substances Act (21USC956(a)). This amendment allows a United States resident to import up to 50 dosage units of a controlled medication without a valid prescription at an international land border.

You are allowed to legally carry and declare at U.S. Customs that you bought "50 dosage units" of growth hormone, which might be 50 vials of one dose, or even more, depending on how much your doctor has prescribed for you.

This person made a good point as stated above.

Thanks. I heard this was the law but I wasn't able to find anything to collaborate that until now. I'll make sure to print that out and show it to the customs agent next time I head down to TJ.

Juice, you are up a creek without a paddle. Some border crossings will let you declare juice. Some won't.

TJ won't.

I guess the worst thing they could do if you claim it is take it away. I wouldn't go down specifically for AAS but next time I'm down there I might try claiming a few vials of QV to see how works it out. If they take it, no big deal. The wife and I were planning on heading down to Ensenada for a mini vacation in the next couple of weeks so I might give it a whirl.

The catch is... that it must be an approved drug for use in the U.S by the FDA. Also things such as steroids and narcotics can still be taken under a clause that considers it the importation of a "dangerous" drug. Remember that there are only a few AS that are approved for use in this country and none of them are vet for HUMAN use. Such as t200 etc...

You can declare ancillaries in TJ, I've done it numerous times...

:D I have read and heard this I just want to be the one who see some one test this law out and see if it's a conspiracy to track ya!

It's been tested many times. Some crossings... mostly in Texas... are very cool about it. TJ refuses to let you pass.
