Mexico and bring back AS

Ok here it goes again kinda.... Ok after searching Customs web site I realized it was legal to import Clomid and Nolva and other reg prescription meds with no proescription So I went to Mexico this weekend and did it I declared my Clomid and Nolva and they didnt even look at it. I then started thinking crap I probably could have brought AS back and declared it wasnt sure though being that it is a controlled substance like Marijuana but I wanted to check it out and make sure I have looked and this is what I have found AS is a controlled substance AS CAN be prescribed in the US

This is what the Customs Website says:

U.S. residents entering the United States at international land borders, who are carrying a validly obtained controlled substance (except narcotics such as marijuana, cocaine, heroin, or LSD), are subject to certain additional requirements. If a U.S. resident wants to bring in a controlled substance other than narcotics such as marijuana, cocaine, heroine, or LSD, but does not have a prescription for the substance issued by a U.S.-licensed practitioner (e.g., physician, dentist, etc.) registered with and authorized by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to prescribe the mediation, the individual may not import more than 50 dosage units of the medication. if the U.S. resident has a prescription for the controlled substance issued by a DEA registrant, more than 50 dosage units may be imported by that person, provided all other legal requirements are met.

Please note that only medications that can be legally prescribed in the United States may be imported for personal use. Be aware that possession of certain substances may also violate state laws

MY VIEW

Some AS can and are prescribed in the US so... There site says you can import 50 doses WITHOUT prescription so you can go to a pharm get 50 doses pf test or something that is prescribed in the US bring it back and declare it at the border and from what I see you SHOULD be fine I dunno for sure though and I will definatley research alot more before I try it. I will post what I find

Just to clear the confussion Clomid and Nolva are legally importable at Land Borders I have declared them no probs

Ok customs website says you have to have made a valid purchase to bring back so you cant go buy from some dude off the street in order to legally buy a pres class 3 steriod in Mex you must get a docs prescription which is very easy to do. Anyways this only allows you to buy the AS at the pharmacy legally then keep a copy of it to show customs when comming back to prove that you purchased it legally not from some guy on the street, the Mexican Prescription does nothing for you in the US but does prove it was obtained legally in Mexico. Be sure not to bring back more than 50 doses I am still researching this

I am intrested in facts only not Yeah well I heard you cant do that. Because I heard you cant bring back Nolva and Clomid this turned out to be a rumor and I know for a fact you can bring it bck legally I just did it. I am determined to find the facts only

AAS are not controlled substances, they are scheduled substances. That's the difference. It's not going to work. You can try tho. Since you declared them the only thing they will do is confiscate them from you.

Soo... If you declare the Worst case scenario is the keep your AS?
Cause I could have got them that way I declared sat a bag with Clomid and Nolva on the Agents table he didnt even look inside just asked if I had any other Meds. If it would have been in the bag I he would have let me right through

On my way back recently, I declared my Proscar & VALIUM (50 doses) with no prob, not even a seconf glance, he asked to see them and thats it...Not really sure if I was just lucky w/ the Valium but thought I'd give it a shot... besides, If he took those 50, I had another 130 stahsed!! lol
