Methods of Injecting

I thought it would be informative if we posted
-Where is your favorite injection spot and why?
-How long till you feel the pain from the inject and how long it lasts?
-Any tips or tricks or methods that you use when injecting?
-How to you get rid of the pain and swelling?

Thank you guys for all responses. I'm curretly working as a waitor and had inj Test E and was fine for a day a half. Then on day 2 and 3 i could barely even walk the pain was nuts. I feel tingling and pain in my lower back and legs from time to time. Its not hot, i have no temp, No hard lumps, just one swollen and painfull ass.LOL So it deeply hinders my capabilities. im gonna try icing it, been heating it up alot and rubbing but no help. K to all.

my fav spot is glut... then quad then delt... even tho they are all painless. quad is def the easiest. but glute seems my favorite prob since i did all my injections fmro my first cycle into my glutes...
minor pain the next day from test e for me.
i always do it right after a shower.. and massage for a good minute.

Fav spot is glute, upper right quadrant. I like delts too. I rarely have any pain. I stretch the skin, inject, withdraw and let the skin go and massage for a little bit.

I like quads then glutes then delts. Quads are easy access and painless for me (except for some prop). I can see all the veins in my quads really easy, so there is almost never any bleeding at all either.

its the 3rd day after the inject and its like i have 3 asses, my right glute is twice the size of the other. Theres no real lumps i can feel it just feels like the whole glute is just swollen. doesn't hurt when its still but if i move it at all or try and walk or sit on it. OMFG. Hurts like a bitch. Anyone to get this to go down because this is really inhibiting me from my job and that is not a good thing. Not like i can just tell my boss hey i was doing some injects and hit a nerve or vessel or sumiing and I can't walk, can I take the week off? Any help at all i greatly appreciate, Thanks guys.

I do my injects "clockwise" Ldelt, rdelt, rquad, lquad. 2ccs in each spot.

I swab all amps/vials then draw. Change pins. Swab inj "area" pick "Exact" spot and swab it again. Then poke, asp, inject, withdraw and massage area for a solid 2-3 minutes afterwards...The first few injects per cycle are the toughest then you adapt, IMO.

The only "technique" I have is to allow quite some time before re-using inj spots. If I shoot ldelt on monday it doesnt get used again till next two mondays later. Monday/Thursday schedule. If you use glutes (which I dont) you can spread it out even further

But have you ever injected and felt absolutely nothing first day and a half then all of a sudden ur ass grows its own ass lol. Like literally my glute is twice the size of the other. Now there was just a lil blood that came out even tho i aspirated. Do you think the swelling is just from it being the first inj of the cycle or that i hit a small vein and thats why its swollen and i can feel pain in my upper leg and in my lower back? I can't sit on it, can't walk or stand to good. Forget going up the stairs lol. I'm not paranoid or really worried, everything i did was text book i just want this fucking swelling to go away so i don't get fired from my job since i have to be on my feet the whole time.

Its weird, its not warmer than the other one. I know i didn't inj intoa vein. no fever either. been massaging it and icing it to bring the swelling down. helps a lil just still hurts like a mofo, ill wait it out a few days and see what happens. if its sitll like this for another 2 days then ill start to worry. however its on day 3 now

Put a heating pad on it, buy an electric massager, heat up oil a little bit before injecting, inject slowly, make sure muscle is NOT flexed, etc.....

would only do glute. plenty of room for error there. pain last for a split second as pin goes in. once in a while an injection goes wrong and there is pain for a few days.

i have tried to do a shouler inject and couldnt bring myself to do it. why bother switching around when you are comfortable in one spot? i favor longer acting esters so do E5D injects. if you inject more frequently can see need to switch around.

I'm hit or miss with every jab. I do glutes, delts, and quads. 50% of the time I get no pain, blood, or bruising. 50% of the time I get a sharp pain, proper stream of blood, and a killer bruise that lasts 3-4 days. Dumb luck?

sounds like you are doing something wrong. injecting should not be hit or miss.

Dude, dont mess around. Do a search for my post on what Im going through right now. I dont want to freak you out or anything because it may be nothing but if the juice or needle were not perfestly sterile you could have an abcess or bacterial infection.
If your glute is twice the size, you better see a doc. I didnt have a fever either, and it wasnt warm. I have had 2 drainages and a surgery.
Dont mess around.
I hope its nothing.

sounds like you are doing something wrong. injecting should not be hit or miss.

Amen. I've had maybe two "weird" injections at all. Not very common, but happens to the best from time to time.
