Methandrostenolone good to go?

Hey guys asking this for one of my buddies, you guys think this methandrostenolone is good to go and he also wanted to know that when the expiry date is up, are they still good to take? (I answered no, but I'm no expert)

canadian lab, not too familiar with it. labels look a little different than I recall though. Shit looks old and dirty, like it was buried in the ground or been through a fire. What's up with that?
