met-rx or mesotech?

its arguable because some people feel mesotech is better because its all whey and has so much glutamine and glutamine precursors per serving while others feel met-rx is better because it has a combination of protein that supposedly is more anti-catabolic than just whey alone wince u have a steady supply of protein for hours. who knows. all ican say is that. strawberry mesotech is good and chocalate met-rx id good too.

Looked like runny poopy... tasted okay for runny poopy.

I actually take a whole different array of protein. I don't like to stick to one brand. I use N-Large by prolab, Prolab's Pure Whey (strawberry), Pro-Blend 55, Optimum 100% Whey, I personally don't like anything made by MuscleTech or what's that other market scheme company called?? Designer Protein
