met-rx good?

Is the met-rx protein plus powder a good source? it has 110 cals/ serving w/ 23 g protein and 3 g of carbs. it's not the envelopes, but a plastic tub.

I think the stuff you're talking about is a whey/casein/egg blend - so it wouldn't be your best bet post-workout...maybe take it before bed...

...but it's a good product - I give it a thumbs up for taste and it mixes quite well...

It's a good protein but i prefer to buy my protein in bulk from the protein factory.The use milk protein isolate, vanilla sweetened with sucralose, it tastes pretty good and is $5.99 lb.
