Stryc-9 New member Nov 26, 2001 #3 I think the stuff you're talking about is a whey/casein/egg blend - so it wouldn't be your best bet post-workout...maybe take it before bed... ...but it's a good product - I give it a thumbs up for taste and it mixes quite well...
