messed up the dosage!

i feel like such an idiot.....instead of taking 500mg of test e ...i ws taking oly 250mg in total per week!
10ml/250mg test e bottle
3ml syringe
what i should hav used 1ml=250mg/x2 per week
what i dd .5ml=125mg/x2 per week
i got oly 1 week left to end of my cycle(12 week cycle).... what to do??...should i extend my cycle??
 
If you can get more then extend your cycle.. but what are gains like so far.. if your having success then maybe leave it.. more isn't always better

i have more with me and the gains are pretty good not what i expected .. i dd put on 10 lbs clean....

You could extend it and up the dose but it doesn't mean more gains could just mean more sides.. 10lbs is nothing to be sniffed at. I remember you.. didn't I send you over from bb.com

oh yea!!!...hey bro...man feel so stupid....i did everything ryt....i den get any sides just in between had bad rage problem!...other than that all good

Don't extend it. Run a full PCT and then take some time off to let your body recover.

Next time, bump to 350-400 per week. Then the next cycle run 500 with maybe an oral kickstart.

Always slowly build up and use the least amount that is still effective.

More is not better, and 10 lean pounds is pretty badass man. Now make sure your PCT is in line to keep it and add to it.
